Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and production before your order ships. High-volume seasons, custom requests, or order changes may extend this time.


Shipping Methods & Times

Orders are shipped via standard mail carriers with tracking (where available). Estimated delivery times:




  • Domestic (within the U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment



  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment



These timeframes are estimates only; carrier delays, holidays, weather, and customs may affect delivery.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and chosen shipping method.


Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.


Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available), so you can follow your package’s progress.
